Divino Global Holdings
Built in New York.
Thinking global.
Investing across private credit, real estate, venture and equity,
alongside family offices and institutions in the US, UK and UAE.
Built on access.
Structured across borders.
Divino Global Holdings was founded in New York in 2023 to invest across private credit, real estate, venture and equity.
DGH builds co-investment programs alongside family offices and institutions into capacity-constrained opportunities — the kind that are otherwise hard to access.
Much of that work is cross-border, and much of it is about introductions: connecting the right founders, managers and allocators.

Access
Co-investment programs into capacity-constrained opportunities that are otherwise hard to access.
Connection
Bringing together founders, GPs and LPs who would not otherwise meet.
Global Perspective
Sourcing and structuring alongside partners across the US, UK and UAE.

New York
From New York, a bridge between capital and opportunity — across the US, UK and UAE.
How we think
- 01
Riches in Niches
A focus on capacity-constrained strategies — the opportunities that are small by design and hard to reach.
- 02
Co-Investment
Investing alongside family offices and institutional partners rather than alone.
- 03
Network
Curated, sector-focused investor networks across DGH's four core areas.
- 04
Cross-Border
Sourcing and structuring opportunities with partners in the US, UK and UAE.
Four core areas. One discipline.
01Private Credit
Lending and structured opportunities, including a GP stake in Caduceus Capital Partners' Fund II.
02Real Estate
Real assets sourced and structured alongside family office and institutional co-investors.
03Venture
Early-stage conviction — including a multi-tranche SAFE and priced-equity round for Aquaria, an atmospheric water-generation company.
04Equity
Equity opportunities in capacity-constrained strategies that are otherwise hard to access.
